Opened in 1989, the Dahlia Lounge was Tom Douglas’ first restaurant and now considered the flagship with 12 other fine dining restaurants in downtown Seattle. The menu is comprised of locally sourced, seasonally influenced ingredients, and exhibits fresh flavours of the market. Along with other national accolades, Dahlia Lounge was nominated by the James Beard Association for “Best Restaurant” in 2006 and Diners Choice award 2018, and continues to be the quintessential Seattle restaurant experience.

One of the best "Foodie" Restaraunts in Seattle . . The coconut cream pie is the best of the best . . Just sayin!
Best food and service I have ever had. Saturday night our party of 5 started with cocktails, moved on to appetizers and then shared various main dishes. WOW!!!
Pacific NW cool meets Refined Asian Fusion and French Technique, who knew? Tom Douglas knew, now so do you! Every taste on each plate belongs there for a reason! Hard smoked salmon and Ahi small tastes got us going, Halibut for my wife and Five Spiced Duck for me, made the best surf and turf. Coconut Cream Cloud, I mean pie to finish. Wow!!!
