Kourtney and Erin were good with my dogs and got nice pictures of us together. Megan helped us choose and made ordering easy. We got our free portrait and it looks perfect. I’d like to come back again someday and get more!

She will not allow you time to look over the photos or think on it. It is High Pressure sales in a single video call. No pricing listed on website or discussed before the video call. Pictures were very good quality and everything seems very professional. It is clear that the photographers genuinely do care about the customer experience and the final outcome of the pictures. My photo session was great, the team was very supportive, knowledgeable and helpful in their coaching and instructions. They were so patient with my dogs that don’t take direction well. We had to try some things multiple times and I never felt rushed or that the team felt flustered. My portrait review session was absolutely phenomenal.
