Dagwood is the best. I hired them for property renovation and management. TLDR: I went from a stressful mess to a signed leased in 60 days. My property was left damaged, dirty, and in pretty bad shape from previous tenants. I live out of state and I really didn't want to travel there and try to coordinate the renovation process.
