I managed my own rental properties for years, but eventually got burnt out from all the work that goes into managing rentals and looked for a solution. Dagwood was recommended to me by a friend, and they have been a lifesaver! There is no one else I would trust to take care of my tenants and properties as well as they have. They’re always timely, professional, and kind. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I have 19 properties under management with and they always do a great job. Very responsive and on top of things. The best company I have worked with. I especially like that the owner is hands-on. Some of these larger property management companies have layers of management and the ball gets dropped. This one is different.
Justin and the folks at Dagwood have been great to work with managing our property. Communication has always been prompt and efficient, and we have always felt like they have our best interests in mind. Highly recommend.
