I called to have my irrigation system winterized and left a message — no call back for three weeks. When I finally called again, I was told there would be a 50% late fee. I spoke with the owner, who was dismissive and insisted they “call everyone back,” even after I provided screenshots showing no call back from their number. Dom and his team did my own hose . Full sprinklers and outdoor lighting . Best job ever. Very clean and neat with the property . Quick and easy install. Highly recommend using.
Paid crazy price for lawn and sprinkler care , then got hit with additional ridiculous"repair" bill a month later, even though I specified to be notified before any additional work/charges. They definitely do a nice initial design and setup but for yearly maintenance etc, look elsewhere.
