Absolutely unacceptable experience with Dr. Dagoberto Gonzalez’s office staff. I have been a patient for more than 14 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I called ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be only 4–5 minutes late, yet they still decided to reschedule my appointment. En recepción me dejaron como 35 minutos en espera para poder saber de mi cita que solicité porque la Dra me dio una referencia y ya hace algunos meses de eso y aún no tengo ninguna respuesta y llamo para saber el estado de mi cita y no contestan me envían a espera 🤦
