Actually I love living in Woodland Estates Mobile Home park for almost 18 years. No problems....I have no dog or cat....my lawn is always kept up, flowers, and is much nicer looking inside and out that a lot of trailers that are allowed to stay in the park....Mine has new windows, vinyl siding, skirting in great condition, stick built carport...2x 12's for the roof, sunporch with house windows, and a stick built shed, pitched roof with vinyl siding....and a 50 yr. rubber roof. Move anywhere else is you can. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I feel bad for the residents that do. Place can't keep a decent sanitary playground and will threaten and evict you for any toys, sandbox or small pools. Place hasn't been upgraded since the early 70s. Its a terrible place to raise anyone or even a pet.
