I was extremely disappointed with this florist. I had high hopes because they are a local business, but service was terrible from step one. I ordered a premium bouquet to deliver to my wife for our anniversary. I placed the order online and it did not deliver. I attempted twice to contact the email address included in my receipt on the day it was scheduled to deliver and there was no answer. I then attempted to send a facebook direct message. No answer. Gorgeous corsage and boutonniere for my daughter's homecoming with a dress that was hard to match! They turned out beautiful!
My son's last minute decision to attend his homecoming dance left me with little time to make it special for him. The employee that was there late afternoon on Saturday was incredibly helpful! She design a B-E-A-U-TIFUL boutineer for him (that he LOVED!) and was so friendly, funny and kind, even after a long night of working on other HOCO orders and a full day of running the shop! (Can't say as much for the lady at hyvee floral) I can not say enough nice things!
I feel like I met my new BFF. Brenda is the friendliest, most helpful person you'll ever meet. Plus, she has the cutest purses and bags. Ask her to show you some!
