Amazing doctor, her name is Dr. Hemer and she was amazing. By far the best doctor we've had for our baby girl. We were almost 30 minutes late and there was zero issued whereas other doctor offices would've turned us away for another appointment or been somewhat sarcastic with us. The doctor was very knowledgeable and nice and quick. We went in with 3 daughters and the doctor wasn't stressed by us at all. BEWARE! If you value your childrens lives do not bring them here!! The medical assistants (young girls in their 20’s possibly early 30’s) tried to draw blood from my teen 3-4 times. in between they asked if she had water that day she said no. There were two medical assistants in the room. Instead of giving her water with the sink being right there, They look at each other and said after the 3rd attempt “you want to try again?” The other said “yes it’s 4pm I wanna go home” they attempt to draw my daughter’s blood again and my... read more
Second time here and chose this clinic due to the location only. Not sure if I will return. I thought our first visit was a fluke. We had the first appointment in the morning and the clinic wasn’t even open at our appt time. The staff member that showed up didn’t have a clue what to do and it was a terrible experience. The second appointment wasn’t any better. Provider was 45 min late to even arriving to clinic. Front charged me $100 unnecessarily and when questioned they were un-informed.
