The service quality becomes problematic when the child's insurance is managed by a non-custodial parent. We have repeatedly observed instances where deductible bills are sent to the non-custodial parent without the custodial parent's knowledge. Despite my explicit requests to have these bills directed to me, each visit results in an unexpected invoice. This administrative inefficiency subsequently causes delays in scheduled appointments. We expect a significant improvement in these processes.
Very unprofessional staff dont respect time at all. Our appointment was at 2 and doctors came to see my son at 3.30pm and he was just in diapers for that long. Never coming back and don’t recommend at all
My kids had their first visit today. It was great. The nurses was nice and the doctor was nicer. Definitely recommend
