Visits are okay but trying to schedule an appointment is SUCH a task! I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for my son for the last few days. Was on hold for 26 minutes yesterday. They offer a text back option…I did that, never received a response. This morning I was on hold for 16 minutes. Went from #1 in queue back to number 2. This needs to be revamped.

The front desk lady was nice and welcoming. I came here over a week ago and the service was great! The provider was amazing my child felt comfortable here. They have books where I read to my baby and they had children shows on playing on the TV.
