This is a wonderful, clean, efficient office. We appreciate the patience, kindness and time that each professional provided us. I HIGHLY recommend Daffodil pediatric office. They are very caring.
Dr. M, Wendy, and Reese are all amazing! My son developed an abscess that was grossly mishandled by a local urgent care and Dr. M was our first stop Monday morning! She took care of it in office, working over into her lunch break so we didn’t end up at CHOA. My son was not cooperative because it was painful, and they handled him flawlessly. He was fully recovered by his follow up two weeks later. I absolutely love when my kids are seen by Dr.M, she is very caring and understanding. She listens to all my concerns and always explains things down to the letter in order to make me feel better about what’s going on. My kids have grown so attached to her and the staff. Sometimes appointments are a bit longer than anticipated but personally I don’t mind because every concern is met! Thank you!
We have used the Turner Lake location of Daffodil Pediatrics for more than a year. It's easy to schedule well visits and same-day sick appointments via phone. The calls do not go to the Turner Lake office but to an off-site person who schedules appointments for all Daffodil locations. There is no nurse phone line as far as I can tell. The front staff, nurses, and doctor are all kind, efficient, and professional. They know how to make the children laugh so that they are comfortable.
