The provider seemed more focused on personal matters than on my child. The provider was loud, and the wait time was extremely long. The medical assistant was on her phone and talking through AirPods about a baby. There was too much unprofessional behavior overall, and I will be relocating my child’s care to another facility.
Provider is good. As far as I know no nurse line to call for care questions and if calling to see if you can come in that day you speak to reps not at the office. They connected me to leave a voice mail an hr before close. We live 10 minutes away. 6 mo had a fall and we needed him checked. No one called back before close today. I called the CEO John and he told me my Sun's provider had an ill child. I'm not sure if it was any one else wr could have seen or who could have called back like at other offices. It’s disappointing to see that even after my sister personally spoke with the CEO and was reassured that her concerns would be addressed, another patient experienced the exact same issue, one day later—waiting for over two hours to be seen. This is completely unacceptable. It gives the impression that the CEO simply told my sister what she wanted to hear, rather than taking real steps to communicate with staff and improve patient care. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this practice.
Waiting 2 and a half hours for a basic check up for two kids and the pediatrician canceled twice 20 min before the appointment.
If I could have a 0 star I’d do that! They’re not even worth my time writing this piece. But there we go: Very unprofessional with long wait times! If you wanna camp out with the front desk staff and waste your day off by all means this is THEEEEE PLACE FOR YOU You all change appointment times. And don’t send patients back until 30 minutes AFTER the time I reserve. Then people AFTER me were taken back.
