Edited 02.07.2025: I first posted my review after our first appointment at Daffodil. Since then we have been over charged not once, but THREE different times. My insurance shows that well checks are free but I was charged $25, then a few weeks later was charged $50 for a sick visit when those are supposed to be $25, and again today they attempted to charge me $50 instead of $25 for a sick visit (and the first two times were all in the middle of the year so deductibles had been met). 3 of my 4 kids have been seen so far this ... read more

I absolutely love Dr Abby and the entire staff they go above and beyond for my child you may have to wist a while bit it's worth the wait

Usually they are great but today was not the case. They didn’t call me in on my appointment time. The staff was rude and they are consistently dragging their feet. Let others in before us and put them ahead. What is the point of making an appt if the staff isn’t going to follow through. We were even early. The nurse came in and said “I’m sorry the dr is dealing with a sick patient. Idc, what does that have to do with me or my child? If only zero or negative stars were an option. This doctor's office is absolutely atrocious. The front staff at this location are rude and incredibly unhelpful. The provider has staff call to cancel (VERY IMPORTANT) appointments the day of because she chose to go to another location instead or takes over an hour and half if not more to even see the patient even when they were EARLY for their appointment per their request.
