Ever since the new management has taken over, every time my elderly Grandmother needs anything, {example: kitchen sink unclogged, heater fixed} she may or may not get any help within a week. Yesterday, she was waiting on the repair guy to show up and he never called or showed up. This is after he said he only "had the kids on the morning but is free in the afternoon."
