Was there all weekend pulled out this morning wonderful place clean bathroom and bathhouses owners and helpers where all very nice live music swimming pool was nice and clean highly recommended this place thank you all for the wonderful stay .
This is a great place to stay. The owners are wonderful people. I would recommend Dad's Bluegrass Campground to anyone.
We found this campground to stay at while we moved into our RV for transitioning to full timers. It was conveniently located near our home as we completed the sale. However when we brought our 35' travel trailer in, we were pleasantly surprised. The park is in good condition and the owners are in the midst of further improvements. The pull throughs are spacious and most have 50 amp service while all have sewer and water. We also got a good rate for a week. We plan to stay here again in a few weeks while passing through.
Stopped for the night ..nice place with nice bathhouse..has pool,cabins, tent spaces..used passport American discount..we'll definitely stay here again.
we were looking for nightly stop on way home from Florida. This was perfect. Just off 65. very clean showers and bathroom. lots of pull throughs no need to unhook car. some spots may need a little leveling. No biggie!!! very friendly. will be stopping back.
Conscientious and caring owners. Mostly pull through sites and all full hookup. Clean, new restrooms. Good Verizon signal and satellite accessibility.
Wanted to share an experience I had with Jim Pohl of this campground. I sold an RV to a couple in Knoxville Tn, they then travelled to this campground and in a pouring rain had a roof leak, (the roof was very recently completely sealed). The buyer who’d had a stroke called me upset! He couldn’t get on the roof to put up a tarp and I couldn’t help 200 miles away. Jim Pohl to the rescue...he secured the loose AC, tarped the roof, provided a fan to dry out the interior and monitored the situation until is was successfully resol... read more
Wonderful staff, well kept up sites. We’ve had nothing but kindness since we traveled this way. Amazing amenities.
Nice overnight stop. Easy access to I-65
