I've lived in Palmetto Bay for 15 years and we have taken all of our pumps here for repair. pool, irrigation and water pumps - and they always have great service. Give these guys a shot! You won't be disappointed.
I purchased a gould pump from Dade pump and supply. After installation the pump was only putting out 25 psi which is out of spec for this pumps performance curve. I contacted Dade Pump and supply and was told that they would not accept a return even after i offered to pay a 25% restocking fee. Buyer beware with these guys. You are 100% on your own after the sale including dealing with defective products.
Brandon was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wasn’t exactly sure what pump I was looking for and he took the time to explain my options and made the proper recommendation. Once I received the lump I had a few questions and knowing it was after hours I emailed him explaining to hear back the next day. Not the case though. He replied and answered my questions. Brandon is the man!
