Ordered birth certificate online via Vitalcheck and paid an extra $17 on top of the $20 they charge at the window. Though it was marked as sent, it was either never sent, staff claimed it was “returned to them” even though they had correct address, or it WAS sent and was lost in the mail. Either way, I had to pick it up in person and waste part of my day to get it, defeating the whole reason why I ordered online in the first place, and to top it off, would not refund the difference I paid Vitalcheck to have it mailed.

I was trying today to go. Get me a upgreat birth cerdifficult. What happened was the lady told me because me. And my brother are fraternal twins me and my brother , we have a daddy first and last name , but i'm a Jr. She was telling me that her boss called the state and that they cannot pull up my record.
