I took my suburban here to get cleaned, it was covered in dust before it went through and literally after going through this car wash and getting wiped down my hood looked like a mirror. It showed a PERFECT reflection of what was in front/above it. I would HIGHLY recommend this car wash to anyone who needs a quality wash. 100/10. Tim is so friendly and professional, he seems like an AWESOME human. They must be proud to have a hardworking employee like him.

Happy About the New Owners that brought the Car Wash 3months ago. They pre-wash your car & get all the areas the brushes may miss in the car wash and they have the person after that helps to dry it!!! I really appreciate the new car wash and how they do things. Before I would take it through 3-4x and it still wouldn't get fully clean! So I had stopped going for a long time. Now I'm more than happy to return to the New Owners at Platinum Car Wash!!! This is why i pay 40+ a tip.....even the engine got clean....never expected that...
Paid $15.00 bucks and my car still came out dirty as hell the machine just spreads the dirt around but doesn’t take it off, not to mention I paid for wheel cleaner and ceramic coating and everything was literally still just as dirty as I went in, then the guy that works there tells me I’m just trying to get a free wash when I asked him to look at my car, the cracked head looking black mf
