Had okay experiences in the past. This time, the braider was a no-show, and I was going out of town, and it was too late to schedule with someone else. It appears to be a lack of communication when you make an appointment.
TERRIBLE! I made the appointment a week ago, and when it came time for the appointment, the woman said to come back in the late afternoon. I cleared my schedule just to get my hair braided. I will pay a little extra and go somewhere else! Toodles!
I can’t believe I have to leave this but they’re very unprofessional and unorganized these days! Horrible communication!!! I had an appointment set up and no one showed up, no one answered my phone calls or messages! There have been other instances where they’ve arrived 25-35 mins late and I just brushed it off, but today was just uncalled for. If you know you’re not going to show up or provide an update to let clients know you can’t make it then don’t book appointments!!! Giving 2 stars is me being extremely “nice.”
