Came on a weekend and they were more than welcome to help me look at a few storage units. I had a lot of questions considering this is my first time renting a unit and she was so patient with me. The climate control units are what I expected.
They are friendly, professional and the property is Clean and well taken care of! I would definitely rent again if needed!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Before renting the space, I provided detailed information about my commercial truck, including its dimensions and specifications. Based on that information, I was assured that the space would work for my vehicle. After arriving, I discovered that the unit rented to me was actually a storage space for belongings and was completely unsuitable for the truck I had clearly described in advance.
