This place is hit or miss. Today was a big miss for me, I asked for the top picture but ended up getting the bottom. I asked multiple times to get it fixed but the guy kept fixing it wrong. I had no more time and needed to go. Not sure if I’ll be coming back here. All the good nail tech are usually doing sets and designs so you just kinda get the ones that don’t really know what they are doing. Love this place! I had a bad experience at another nail shop in Dacula. I was tired of being overcharged and always having a couple of nails lift or break in between appointments. When I went to Dacula Nails for the first time they removed the old set, and did the exact same set but it looked better and costed less! Not to mention they always last at least 2 1/2 weeks while still looking good. Sometimes I can go longer. I’ve been going for about 3 months now and I’m so happy I found them!
Ridiculously unprofessional is the word! Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. My husband and I had a prior pedicure appointment for two people at 5:45 PM. We asked for 6 pm due to our schedule however the man who took the call asked us be there at 5.45 pm . I had a terrible experience at this nail shop yesterday. I was the only customer getting my nails done and had to get an old pair removed and replaced with a new set. The nail technician skipped several important steps and my nails ended up thick with acrylic. When I asked her to fix it, she did a poor job and they looked even worse. Multiple people have commented on how thick and poorly done my nails look outside the shop. I spent $60 on this service and now I have to go to another salon to get them fixed.
