The first time this company came to install a new roof on our mobile home, they discovered the roof panels were incorrect size. After another month or so, they returned with supposedly the correct panels. Since they are , or so we thought, the experts, we didn't question their measurements. just now If I could give negative stars I would! I have an all season room that is now 2+ years old and have experienced nothing but problems with it. Initially 3 of the 4 skylights leaked every time time it rained, 2 corners of the room leaked and also leaked through a ceiling fan! In response to Kim W's complaint: When she purchased the patio cover, she wanted skylights in the roof system. We manufacture several styles of patio roofs but nothing with skylights. We ordered 6" laminated roof panels with skylights from another company that has been manufacturing patio cover roofs for over 50 years. When Kim called and said the skylights were leaking, we sent a service crew to seal around them. A while later, Kim called and said they were leaking again.
