Adrian was helpful and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush us when we were choosing a shell and racks for our truck. We bought one there in 1976 and this is why we came back!
They were so helpful and kind here - I clearly interrupted them on lunch. I had lost the key to my truck topper and they went to the ends of the earth to figure out which key it was and help me replace it, even though they made nothing off of it.
Came in for a DACO tool rack on my brand new 2024 Dodge 2500. The rack is in perfect condition. Everything went well until the installation. When they installed the tool rack the drill must have slipped and damaged the side of my truck. I know mistakes happen, but they did not tell me they damaged it so I was unaware of the scratch until I left. Unprofessional installers that don’t take accountability
