Awful. Three separate times I was kept waiting in a room for over an hour. I dont't know if they are overbooking or just plain rude and inconsiderate. No excuse for wasting people's time. If you manage to wait until they decide to see you, they spend five minutes barely listening to what you say, run blood tests, then give bad or no diagnosis. They should be ashamed for such lousy treatment.

Enter at your own risk! Long wait time to get in the room. Once in lucky if the nurse practitioner is in the room for more than 5 minutes much less a doctor. No call back from staff if you are sick or have a question. Must come in and pay to be seen again, even if you were there the day before. Bills for time and service they did not provide.

I visited Dr. St. Martin for a complex problem. He put his head into it and demonstrated an understanding of the interrelationship of symptoms that is exceptional. He is a very bright man.

I chose Dr. St. Martin after much careful consideration. I am a nurse and have had the opportunity to ask many health care providers and consumers about their experiences with local physicians; the consensus was that Dr. St. Martin is an outstanding doctor. Since I started seeing him a year ago I can honestly say I'm very pleased with the choice.
