No customer service, front desk doesn’t know or care about what happens in nursing. Management doesn’t care either it’s all about the money. Patient time is irrelevant, you are expected to take whatever incompetence they display and not complain.
The office staff is terrible. Call to make appointment you get put on hold then hung up on. When you call back you get attitude as well. Have been with this office almost 4 years. Have the seen the actual dr once. The wait at one point was over 2 hours. When you get mad it seems to not be their problem. Looking for a new dr now this place is a joke and has the rudest staff I have ever encountered at the front desk. Go elsewhere when looking for a dr if you actually want to see your dr!
Dr st. Martin is always there when needed. He figured out that i had c_dif when others couldn't. I have alot of medical problems and he digs until he figures out what is wrong. Always greets you with a smile when seen in the hall. Sarah is also great and good to get doc when she knows there is a problem. Nurse martha has a great personality.
Sleep clinic is a joke. This so called Dr never steps foot in the building. He double dips your insurance company. Should take one sleep over, his office will fight your insurance to get pd. They also charge you co pay for your follow up visit. They charge your co pay every time but never file a claim with the insurance company. Would never recommend this place or him to anyone.
The office is BEYOND incompetent. The added crazy unnecessary surcharges on my bill---maybe for the office's own colonic enemas because they're all FULL of it. They have KEPT me waiting for SEVERAL of my appointments and then told me they're overbooked and couldn't see me --- who the heck does that? Do NOT go here. They're not worth your breath.
Billing and collecting. Charged me for an office visit from 2015. I explained that I have 2 insurences when one doesn't pay the other. Last time I had an office visit I in October of 2016 I was told I had a balance then. I paid that. This time the office staff told me I will not be seen if I do now pay. I was there for a sick visit. I think I will be finding another doctor. One that knows billing and coding.
I'm 65 years young and Dr. St. Martin and Brenda have taken wonderful care of me. They listen and are genuine people.
Little bit of a wait for the Dr. and lots of paperwork to fill out but it was my first visit. Everyone was great, kind and efficient. Extremely happy with my first visit.
Dr. St Martin is very patient, kind and thorough.
