I called and emailed Bill Dacchille several times last May and June and left detailed messages and photos after a wind storm seriously damaged our Banner Elk home. He failed to give me the courtesy of returning my calls or responding to my email. I realize he and his company must be busy but that is not what one would expect of an A+ rated business.
