I purchased a 3 pack of cleaning sessions off of urban dealight, and I did not have a good experience with this company. The cleaners went to the wrong house on 2 of the 3 visits, and were at least 1 hour late each time. The job they did wasn't the best, either. On the way out, the first girl who cleaned my house didn't vacuume the stairs. When I asked if she was going to, she said that they typically only do that if requested. WHAT?
