I called this company to make an appointment for garage door repair. The gentleman that answered the phone what is the business owner and he was very rude and degrading to me on the phone. I told him what was going on with my garage door and he immediately told me what he thought the problem was. When I attempted to ask him a couple of questions he became rude and spoke to me as if I were stupid and below him. Last week I received a call from ****** *********. Ms. ********* told me her door would only go up a small amount and she raised it by hand and it was extremely heavy. Anyone and everyone in the garage door business will tell you that is 99% of the time going to be a spring. She immediately began arguing; stating yes the spring is broken, however her parent’s door has a broken spring and the operator can lift it so obviously garage doors don’t need springs! Dabney Garage came to the house on time and did an outstanding ****. Their employee was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a torsion spring job in 15 minutes. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
