Very unprofessional and unprepared. I came in multiple times to get builder gel and she recorded my appointment for the wrong date. Never again
They don’t put anything in the water for pedicures. They have no dryers for customers that wants regular nail polish. They closed at 7pm instead of 8pm, which I was rushed out of the salon with wet polish on my toes.
I witnessed John providing horrible service to a customer because his mom messed her nails up. They did nothing to try to fix their bad service. The mom was yelling at the lady saying it’s nothing to me and John was mad because his mom was mad. Too drama filled for me I walked out especially when I noticed THEY made the mistake and wasn’t trying to make it right with the paying customers
