The doctors here are amazing and do great work. The office staff on the other hand are horrible. They lie and don't submit patients paperwork
The worst dental experience of my life. We agreed on a price for a procedure that my wife needed, after she started with the treatment, we noticed extra charges on the bills, when we asked the manager, she said the doctor charges at his discretion, unbelievable. The whole experience at this office has been horrible. The manager Mariana Mederos is very rude, very disrespectful, she never handled our questions professionally and made our experience frustrating every time.
