We purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus from DaVinci Automotive and from salesman Cole Kaiser. 3 Months later still no title for the car. Florida Statutes require the dealer to provide a title in 30 days. I would not do business with these folks. I'm going to contact the Florida Division of Motor Vehicles.
If you ever have the pleasure of working with Rudolf at Da Vinci Automotive, then you are in for a treat. My Husband wanted to surprise me with my Maserati truck for Christmas. Not only did Rudolf pull it off but it was delivered 3 days before Christmas. It was exactly what I wanted! 2 days after purchasing a car from these guys I started having issues. When I reached out to Brian for help he said he would get back to me. After reaching back out to him, he let me know that his manager said this over $1,000 repair is preventative maintenance...… Very helpful during the sales process but once you buy, the don't care about you anymore. Great business guys. Definitely will not recommend to anyone and share my story as much as I can because this is bad business.
This was hands down the worst buying experience of my life. I purchased what I thought was a clean car with "no issues" from out of state. What was delivered was a car with two broken control arms, needed a new amp and a new alternator! $4500.00 of additional labor and parts and these crooks have not even offered to off set any of my costs. I will never do business with this group again. Buyer beware.

I had been looking for a special car for quite some time. A 2015 Mercedes White Arrow. Several were available but at a much higher price. I drove 250 miles to look at the car.
