I first contacted Da Vinci Automotive on Thursday, September 24, about their gray 2017 Bentley Flying Spur W12 S. I was a real buyer and was prepared to buy the car if everything checked out and the numbers made sense. The car already had some issues that I knew about, including brakes, mismatched/worn tires and a TPMS issue. None of that killed the deal for me. I already own the correct Bentley brake parts and I was willing to replace the tires myself. The bigger problem showed up Friday, September 25, when they sent me a... read more
I was ready to buy a 2023 Mercedes SL43, and they assured me it was all set after their mechanics had inspected it. When I asked for the service report, I discovered the front tires were only 1/32" away from being unsafe, and the rear tires were mismatched with different tread depths. This dealership claims to handle high-end cars and take care of their customers, but after some double talk, I made it clear I wanted matching tires that were balanced and aligned. They then tried to raise the price by $3,000 to do that. That’s... read more
Cavet Emptor. Buyer Beware!!! Do NOT. I repeat DO NOT put a deposit down on a vehicle at DaVinci Automotive. Their sales contract states that DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE and you will have to file a claim against them to get your money back. They also sell cars that have BRANDED TITLES. This is why their prices are so cheap. If you are considering to purchase a vehicle from them, I would run, not walk, as fast and as far away as possible. There is a reason that they have so many negative reviews. Save yourself much grief and... read more

DaVinci automotive should have a name change to Dewey Cheatem & Howe and they should re-write their company motto as the company that prides themselves on conducting unscrupulous and dishonest behaviour their moto should continue to say that they pride themselves on selling automobiles at the highest price possible even though they may not. be mechanically fit, yes they will say anything possible to complete a sale even promising a refund of money and a 30 day return policy that’s impossible to meet their guidelines and co... read more
Never in my 72 years have I had to call the police regarding a car dealership transaction. But I did in dealing with Da Vinci Automotive. They stole my down payment and told me to take them to civil court. Please stay far away from them!
We purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus from DaVinci Automotive and from salesman Cole Kaiser. 3 Months later still no title for the car. Florida Statutes require the dealer to provide a title in 30 days. I would not do business with these folks. I'm going to contact the Florida Division of Motor Vehicles.
If you ever have the pleasure of working with Rudolf at Da Vinci Automotive, then you are in for a treat. My Husband wanted to surprise me with my Maserati truck for Christmas. Not only did Rudolf pull it off but it was delivered 3 days before Christmas. It was exactly what I wanted! Rudolf also took the time to call and see if I was pleased and called two days after just to follow up. Very professional and such a nice person. My husband said it was such a smooth experience. We will absolutely be purchasing from the dealersh... read more
