This place was awful! I was cut twice by the manicurist. There was a woman blaring music on her phone with horrible language and I was forced to listen to it. The manager was too afraid to ask her to turn it down or put in head phones. When I asked her nicely to turn it down and she proceeded to cuss me and use the "F" word excessively.
