My whole neighborhood changed to them. Much better than the previous company who serviced our system. They schedule your service and send you notifications about dates. Would recommend.

HORRIBLE !!! The results, the service, the lack of professionalism... The day they started the job we wrote them a check for 3/4 of the contracted amount. Then the costs kept increasing and before you knew it the total cost was more than any of the other companies we received quotes from. Then they started calling and demanding the remainder of the money before the job was completed or inspected. We have been a customer for the last ten years with Datop . He have been friends and customers. We recently had an error on our sprinkler system. We called for service and a tech was sent out to address the problem. The error was not power to the system. He try to fix the problem by touching the electrical system in the house. His effort resulted in 2 plugs in the house blown and still not power to the sprinkler. Called and spoke to Tad who said this was not his issue, that we needed to hire own electrician fix the problem. ... read more
