Excellent customer service! Good is great. Lemon pepper wings and seasoned fries. Yummy!
Da worst customer service..Da worst time for food prepare..but i guess thats just memphis in general
Been going to this place since day 1. Even when it was under the Rayfords name. If any one asks I would say they’re the best I’m town. In the last two months this place has gone down as far as customer service. Or it could just be the night shift. Put you on hold for 7 mins or more. Done happen to me and others alot. Unfortunately when it comes to chicken joints this happens a lot. So the issue that caused me to never suggest this place again is because on two different occasions we found hair in our food. Called to make an order and got put on hold. Then hung up on while waiting. Called back and they wanted to put me on hold again, and I so no and instead gave my order and told them they hung up on me once already. Don't know if it was super busy or what but the person taking the order was not giving good service.
I had a 20 piece yesterday lemon pepper and hot. Mane I promise they got the best wings in Memphis fr‼️🔥
The flavor of the chicken was sooooooo delicious!!! I purchased the regular hot .....it was just enough heat to give you that sting but perfect were you could enjoy & savor every bite ! They give you plenty of fries OMG Great Food Great Service � Haven't been in a minute but I'm going to drive the extra mile ,pass those other wing places that haven't been consistent & pull on up at Da Sauce
