The staff are always welcoming, and I love them, but Jimin especially is amazing. She’s so kind and pays attention to details I didn’t even think about, which is why I keep coming back to her!
I absolutely loved my experience here! This is definitely the most satisfying haircut I’ve had since moving to Toronto. Both stylists did an amazing job and were very professional. The front desk staff was also incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. We booked with Sue and Tina — Tina is very friendly and loves chatting, while Sue is calm and focused. Because we was late, when I arrived, they told us they couldn’t wash my hair. My friend is a guy, so it wasn’t a problem for him. Since it was close to closing time, I understood and said OK. The stylist I booked—Sue—didn’t cut my hair. They switched me to someone named Lily without informing me. It was my first time there, so I didn’t know. I'm here for hair cut and styling for holliday. Because I had damaged hair with bleach, I honestly didn't expect to organise well. I only want to arrange the length of hair. Then, the stylist recommend me layered hair to remove it. Finally, I love it. 🤭🎊 My brush doesn't blocked anymore when I brush my hair!💇🏻♀️
