JJ was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and solved the problem with the set-up of our new HVAC humidifier. He explained all this very clearly to us.
AC stopped working July 1, right when the heat dome settled over us! Had 2 companies come out but couldn’t fix it — kind neighbors put in a window unit to get us through! Then a friend recommended the HVAC company the use, D & A. They were heavily booked but 3 days later, JayJay diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour, and while it was an expensive repair, I believe that it was necessary. Good to have a new HVAC company I can trust with my HVAC maintenance and repairs!
