We replaced our upstairs heat pump with D&A and everything was smooth and professional. Communication with Chris was excellent, scheduling simple and the installation team was efficient and made efforts to keep things clean in the house. No complaints whatsoever.
Excellent service. Not an easy configuration to replace part corroded in place.
We had a great experience for a tune up. Show up on time. Called ahead and educated me on our system. JJ was great to work with. Unfortunately we have to replace our heat pump but I feel comfortable going forward with them.
