Shoutout to the coach Nicolle, super demanding and I appreciate it! You’ve got a round of 14 left, she splits for you into 2 sets of 7, and stills counts 15 😂. She’s really paying attention to your moves and technique.

Coach Juan’s class was super good . He explained step by step everything that we had to do . For sure im going to take one of his classes again
Clean, well equipped, and super motivating atmosphere. The staff is friendly, the trainers are knowledgeable, and there’s a great mix of machines, weights, and classes. Highly recommend!
