No waiting I was taken back at my scheduled time. I was told exactly what was to be done during my procedure and cost prior. The staff was very polite and professional. Over all best dental experience I've ever had.

I was worried about some tooth pain I was having and was preparing to go out of town for 10 days! They thoroughly evaluated me and helped put my mind at ease. Very professional and friendly service. Appointment was about 5 min late (8:50 am). Hygenist is excellent as is the data and technology. Office is pleasant. Rescheduling is efficient I have recommended MPFD several times.
After a few bad experiences with other dental care offices, I felt welcomed and put at ease by the Pleasant Family office staff. I was not rushed in and out during my appointment, and I was asked what my dental needs and wishes are. I look forward to meeting with the dentist again for my consultation.
