Very understanding! I had a dental issue that occurred on a Sunday evening, called PFD first thing Monday morning, and they had me come in right away and resolved my issue right away. Excellent understanding and empathy for my situation, and I am very greatful!

Not Pleased Once again was not seen by my assigned hygienist. Dealt with it because this young lady could not help it and was very nice. Then I was told that I would not be seeing my Dentist. I had to see a Dentist I have never heard of or knew nothing about and no one informed me of the change. After my cleaning, the hygienist called three times for her and even left the examining room finally to try and get her. It was clear that this Dentist knew nothing about my treatment plan and spent about 5 minutes with me after I wa... read more

We apologize that we did not notify you that you were scheduled to see a different hygienist and doctor. Our goal is to provide an even better patient experience with our growth and expansion. Great Doctors Great Team Dr. Johnson has maintained my oral health for nearly 20 years. The Pleasant Family Denistry team has expanded maintaining Dr. Johnson’s standard of quality care, precision, and friendliness. Dr. Callison filled in for Dr. Johnson (no pun) and continued the tradition of first class care.
