I have always enjoyed my experiences at Pleasant Family Dentistry with any of the dentists and/or hygienists that I have seen. I, however, miss the "old" front office staff that was there years ago. This new group is not friendly or courteous at all. They don't greet you as you come in & arent overly eager to help or answer questions at check-out. Always a great experience. Judy and Dr. Carimi are wonderful with me. They understand my fears and really make me very comfortable! Knowing I'm in good hands makes this the best dental place i have ever been to
Great experience
Judy did a wonderful job explaining the insurance program. Which I bought by the way. She also did a good job cleaning my teeth and setting up another appointment to take care of another problem with a gum line. Now I have to go get a part time job to pay for all this. Merry Christmas to all at Mount Pleasant Dentistry.
