Great people, great place!
You could not hope for a more encouraging, fun, upbeat, kind, knowledgeable trainer than Coach Tyree. That guy deserves a raise. Best reason to go to this gym.
Some time ago I accepted a one-time guest pass to D-1 Training. As someone who also understands injury and recovery, having worked in healthcare and lived through my own physical limitations, I showed up to support a friend. My goal was to see what kind of equipment and training environment the facility offered—not to participate in an intense workout. FIRST OFF THIS PLACE IS A SCAM , THEY MAKE UP RULES AS THEY GO PER CUSTOMER . TYREE was the worst , always rescheduling and not taking accountability for his actions . Just a piss poor experience all around
