I’ve been seeing AJ for over a year now, he has helped with my mobility and giving stretches so i don’t loose mobility with workouts and in season. Also has been great with cupping and helping to keep mobility and prevent injuries.
Both of my kids (ages 8 & 11) are busy with sports and activities and have very different interests and wellness needs. AJ does a great job at not only helping them with acute needs/pain relief but also giving them exercises to help ongoing needs and training. He is so patient and genuinely listens to their feedback. Both visit D1 for training and it’s really convenient to have on site!
