RecommendedTrustworthy!!! A word seldom used when talking auto shops...especially a transmission shop. However, D & W Auto and Transmission blew my mind! with my transmission off my truck, and the okay from me to move forward with a replacement. Dewayne (Owner) called me with news that took my bill to just a affordable tranny flush!!! a piece had slipped and was able to be repaired...I truly feel other shops might had "missed" or neglected the ease of the repair and just replaced the tranny to collect the larger sale. What a joke brought my arcadia in was told it would be worked on the 10. It's now the 21 and it still on the bench. What a load of crap. You feed me the same line each time i called. And your customer service sucks! I won't go back ever. That's if I get my car ever back!
Friendly affordable service! Kim was so nice when i went to get my car and the repair was $200 less with D&W than anywhere else in town! Thank you for getting me back on the road!
