I want to say I love this company. I can only speak on my experiences with D&W air flow inc. Every time i have called them for ac problems. The knowledgeable techs inform me what they find. I will never use any other company. Always satisfied. I just used the after hours service today 4/20/2025. Excellent work and worth every penny. They are honest people. Prior to using D&W. I requested a diagnostic, the technician went to the attic, came back with a dirty filter, never went outside where the unit is located, didn’t check anything else. He presented a bill for $88.00, for less than 5 minutes in the home. He assumed the issues with the AC were due to a dirty filter. I thought a diagnostic involved checking the system thoroughly by doing certain tests.
Excellent service! The gentleman that came to my home was very friendly and knowledgeable. Best part is he actually troubleshot the problem and did not just order a part and leave. Thank you!
This company works fast and is very respectful I had a new account installed in no time and they made sure every vent and bit of duct was good thank u Josh keahey and Jordan knight for amazing work
