They came out and installed a new ac system and since they installed it our electric bill has doubled and the unit constantly runs and will not get below 77 in our house. The unit is sweating so much under the house that the tape and caulk has came off of what they installed. It was a pleasure working with Elton. I had a lot of questions and he didn’t hesitate to address all of them and was very kind and patient. We had 1 unit running our upstairs and our basement and it desperately needed to be split into 2. I got quotes ranging from $23,000-$42,000 (that company was crazy!) and they got me taken care of with better units than the lower quotes for $19,300!! No sacrifices in quality for sure. Very satisfied with their work and they will be the company I refer for sure going forward.
First I called a big company, they couldn't see me for a MONTH! I called D&W who came out within 12 hours. They fixed thermostat and checked out the unit. Now the AC is working and already cooling down the house. They are also more affordable than the big company. These are my new guys!
Our upstairs air stopped working yesterday. My husband called D&W around 7:45am to see if someone could come out and take a look at it. He spoke to Ellie, who checked and said there was a service call for today in our area (Madison) so she'll have Justin come by. He came at roughly 11am. Determined it was the compressor.
