DV Jahn has extremely poor customer service. Actually NON-existent customer service! My Dr. John ordered 1 hospital bed variable height claim #22094****** from provider DV Jahn. 847-573-1908. The hospital bed stopped working and I called the provider and left messages on 02-01-23, 02-03-23, 02-09-23. Finally on 02-10-23 when I called I got the same voicemail but this time I pushed the prompt for billing and spoke to Korrine at 12:13pm who told me she was working from home.
