Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

No Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes
