dont at all appreciate being repeatedly called and reminded about an appointment that WE CALLED TO SCHEDULE IN THE FIRST PLACE ! When we chose D&S, we made notes on our calendar... why on earth would WE forget about it ? getting repeated reminders is almost a form of harassment...

Jay and Patrick scheduled our work last week, kept us posted on their schedule and arrived this morning with a full crew right on time. Absolutly the worst company I have dealt with by far. Diagnosed the problem and would be there the next day. Called to check time and never even got a return phone call.
Unbelievable hostility from Josie over a simple billing question. I will never use them again and recommend ANY other company when asked.
