I would say a mixed bag of experiences. Degesare plumbed our newly built home. Dennis came out to do the initial walk through and was cordial and helpful. The install team was also cordial and professional. Problems encountered 1. Wrong master shower valve installed. 2. Navien hot water heater specifies full port 1/2 inch gas valves be used for their equipment. Had to come back to correct this 3. Water flow.
