People working in this company has been a bunch of greedy, ruthless crooks I have ever encountered! The property is overpriced and if you miss a step, they will over charge you! I wish I had done some research on them before I agreed to build with them! Buyers please stay away from their Barto property! They will rob every penny from you! Buying from them is not worth it! There are so many other builders you can buy from!

Has anyone built at tranquil acres subdivision?
Rotelle took lots of shortcuts, made many mistakes, and has horrible customer service. Fortunately, my husband was onsite every day, because Rotelle didn't bother to have a supervisor there every day. My husband caught several mistakes along the way. They took many shortcuts - like not centering one of our vanities, cutting sloppy holes for lights, poor door installation on several doors, closet doors were hung wrong, forgot to put down the Luan flooring base that we paid thousands extra for, etc. But the worst part was ... read more
Poor construction quality and terrible service. Please be careful due to lack of ethics you will likely need lawyers if you build with Rotelle. Please feel free to message to get details of our story. Also happy to give you contacts and reference to others with similar experience so you get a credible source for your decision. Please be careful when you research positive reviews also. I find that it is internal employees for the company trying to offset the truth
The complete lack of site management is astounding. Expect to have problems with your township, neighbors, building inspectors, and timelines working with this company. I have watched them drag their client into a needless lawsuit with their neighbors because of their lack of site management. The project is 6 months behind scehdule, they have cost the client 10k in legal fees, the neighbors and the new homeowners are at odds on day one of them moving in.
That review should only have one star.
Poor quality work and terrible customer service. They have not fulfilled their contract and refuses to call back and even care. Once they get your money they don't care if you are unhappy with their contractors poorly done work. They have problems with every employee and even the owner anthony has no pride in his company. Unprofessional and rude!
