It was a terrible experience (I spent more time dealing with his administrative procedures than with him acting as a knowledgeable doctor); he refused to even look at the images I brought from one of the world's top 50 gastroenterologists—based on a colonoscopy and endoscopy—and stated that he did not understand the procedures performed by doctors in Mexico. Doctor Moore is the greatest have known him as my Doctor for over 10 years.
I was referred to Dr Moore office after a CT scan (and MRI and Ultrasound) from my Primary Care Doctor identified an issue. Dr. Moore quickly dismissed it and ordered an endoscopy which found another minor issue. Instead of a followup, his office sent out a letter that basically said "we fixed it!". They didn't fix anything, and haven't addressed the reason for my orginal appointment. I don't feel like waiting another 3 months for an appointment just for my issue to be dismissed again.
Dr Moore listens and answers all questions and concerns. The staff is also great. Really make you feel like you're being cared for vs just being seen.
