The plumbers who came to my home were respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my experience with the office was much different. When I called and spoke with Carrie, she was dismissive and came across as rude and unhelpful. What the plumber explained to me in person did not match the information I was given by the office, which created confusion and frustration. Good luck if you have to deal with her directly
Very poor service. I had plumbing issues, called emergency service over the weekend. I had to call twice on the weekend, each time had to give information. Then I had to call on Monday and it has no information and said plumber cannot come until Thursday. I hope the back office can improve information intake.
I'll start this by saying: be wary of any contractor sent by home warranty or utility company protection plans (know your terms of service and exclusions). D R Sevacko was sent to my house from a utility company protection plan; and I was told by their plumber that my kitchen sink clog was not covered by the plan and they would charge me over $400 to clear the clog. Good: The team replaced our main water line connection quickly and efficiently. They diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it without delay. The plumbing work itself was done well, and the water line issue has been fully resolved. We appreciate how fast they responded and completed the repair. I have HomeServe and had a bad experience with another plumber they sent a few years ago which was rectified by SEVACKO. I only allow D.R. Sevacko in my home now. They are so kind and courteous, answer any questions and are so easy to talk to. Our dog even loves them! Cory and Michael have had to deal with us the last few times and are always so pleasant and professional. Cory is so very friendly and makes us feel valued as a customer. I appreciate their honesty and prompt work and recommend them to everyone.
