Jj and hi partner were more than amazing i had a home serve warranty that came in less than 24 hours they were honest and thorough even if I di6have the warranty I would use them. And I will for a hot water tank I can't saw enough good things please consider them
I was referred to this company by American Water Resources, which is my insurance company, after reporting a drain had backed up in my basement. There was a small puddle around my drain which consisted mostly of rain water, but there was also a small amount of sewage. I called and spoke to Lori at DR Sevaco and I asked her to send someone to snake the drain. Good: The team replaced our main water line connection quickly and efficiently. They diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it without delay. The plumbing work itself was done well, and the water line issue has been fully resolved. We appreciate how fast they responded and completed the repair. Water backed up in our basement drain when a shower was taken while washing clothes.
