I have HomeServe and had a bad experience with another plumber they sent a few years ago which was rectified by SEVACKO. I only allow D.R. Sevacko in my home now. They are so kind and courteous, answer any questions and are so easy to talk to. Our dog even loves them! Cory and Michael have had to deal with us the last few times and are always so pleasant and professional. Cory is so very friendly and makes us feel valued as a customer. I appreciate their honesty and prompt work and recommend them to everyone.
Jj and hi partner were more than amazing i had a home serve warranty that came in less than 24 hours they were honest and thorough even if I di6have the warranty I would use them. And I will for a hot water tank I can't saw enough good things please consider them
I was referred to this company by American Water Resources, which is my insurance company, after reporting a drain had backed up in my basement. There was a small puddle around my drain which consisted mostly of rain water, but there was also a small amount of sewage. I called and spoke to Lori at DR Sevaco and I asked her to send someone to snake the drain.
