Our hot water tank broke due to a leaky pipe. HomeServe sent Sevacko plumbing. They came out within 24 hours to fix the pipe and install a new tank and expansion unit in less than 2 hours. They were fast, efficient, and super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company!
On Thursday 12/4/25 D R Sevacko Plumbing was contacted through our home warranty program, Oncourse/Pivotal Solutions, for a pipe with pinhole leaks in our basement. It was not an emergency situation but something that did need addressed. A couple months ago I was having water from my washing machine backup in my basement. Home Serve had Sevacko come to snake out my sewer line as I was told on a previous visit that my line was still terracotta and had cracks that roots were growing into and causing waste to catch on. After this I continued to have the water backup in my basement so thought the clog might be in the inside line which is not covered under my Home Serve warranty. Our water heater started spewing water all over and we had to turn the water supply off for the house until it was fixed. We were fortunate enough to have insurance and called up Homeserve. PRO-They managed to get us an appointment first thing the next day (Sat) since we had no water. D. R. Sevacko showed up bright and early. They were prompt, professional and polite.
