Charged me $354 to replace my thermostat….. NEVER AGAIN would I call them. Your response confirms nothing other than replacing my thermostat. My neighbor installed the Ecobee since then and it works just fine. Not sure the mention of replacing the filter is relevant, takes 30 seconds. I’m standing that I was charged two times what I should have.
Called them on a Saturday and they came out an hour later and fixed the problem on an extremely cold winter day! I will use them from now on and highly recommend!
Not sure this company still exists? Furnace died, called this number as their sticker is on the unit (1/2021 install). Number listed as 24/7. Nothing...
Had no heat. YouTubed a few things (cleaned flame sensor, replaced igniter) still no joy! Called D&R, I always use local businesses, they came right out the same day. Diagnosed the control board was bad. Had a new one the next day and installed. Everything good now. Technicians super friendly and knowledgeable. BTW I’m a retired electrical engineer.
D&R did a fantastic job installing a two-zone mini split in our home. No BS, just friendly professional work. Much appreciated.
