I can't say enough wonderful things about Tom and the team at D&R Heating and Cooling. We recently moved into a new home to find one of the AC units was not working. Having been referred to D&R through my parents Tom came to our home and not only did he assess the AC unit but he went a step further and gave us a recommendation around our entire system (furnaces and AC units) in an effort to make the home more efficient, save us money on our heating and cooling bills and ultimately get the house working the way it should. Tom called me back on the weekend and repairman Andrew Huff came early Monday and assessed the problems and was efficient, friendly and professional. He Fixed my ac faster than any other company even said they would come out to see what the problem was. Thank you dnr for fixing my hot summer! Cindy Frisbie-Gauss
I have been fortunate enough to work with Tom and his crew for about 25 years. Tom and his crew are some of the most knowledgeable HVAC installers that I have had the fortune to work wit. We have used D&R for many years. They have installed and maintained both our furnace and air conditioning. They recently changed out our 28 yr. old air conditioner, which they had installed, with a new one. As usual their service personnel were polite, efficient and cleaned up nicely. We have always found DNR to provide honest assessments, reasonable pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend.
Joe and Evan did an exceptional and thorough deep cleaning of our A/C units. Punctual, polite, competent. A+
