I don't know who this customer is, so I am not aware if there was an issue or problem that was not communicated. I assume from the 1 rating on value they were not happy with the price. This customer could have used another contractor if our price was too high. He paid for our knowledge, labor, materials and a workmanship warranty. Few companies give a warranty on repairs.
Great company to work with. They were very prompt and professional from phone contact to making my roof repair a priority. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. They offered me very fair pricing and they did an awesome job!!
It is so nice they come on time and do the job in a professional manner. They install a skylight for my parents and my parents could not have been more pleased with there work. They will be used again when we have roofing issues.

Like that they are a family owned local business who do NOT use sub-contractors. Very professional & gave us a Senior Discount too.
Out of the 3 estimates I had, they were the middle cost, which was still reasonable and affordable. Their customer service is amazing. I felt like I was working with family. The work was performed a day after they received the signed proposal. They even came back out and cleaned off my lanai roof free of charge. The best part may be the 10 year warranty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
